This hotel is a great option for families. Located near the train station, it's a neat and well-maintained business hotel. The staff is especially helpful; Yamamoto in particular went above and beyond to assist us in printing and scanning important documents. The rooms are equipped with free toiletries, and the hotel parking is convenient. the second pillow requested by a guest was promptly and kindly provided.

A downside of the hotel is the inconsistent air conditioning. One guest experienced warm air pouring out of the overhead heating in the middle of the night, leading to a bit of discomfort.

Great staff and location!

During my Easter stay, I was thoroughly thrilled by the experience I had at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond their duties to make my stay special. They helped me with an emergency print and scan of important documents and also provided some free amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and mouthwash which were of other brands. The hotel is also located in a prime location with easy access to all the nearby stations.

While I enjoyed my stay, I did have one issue with the heating in the room. The overhead heating made the room quite warm, causing me to wake up in the middle of the night.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond to help us with an emergency document that needed to be printed and scanned. The hotel is great for families and has a free parking lot. it's conveniently located a short walk from the train station.
